Powered by the Cummins SL9 6-cylinder engine (219kW), the TCE380 is engineered specifically for mining-class equipment. With advanced Common Rail Fuel System (CRFS) technology, it delivers precise fuel injection control, stronger torque output, and optimized combustion efficiency—helping reduce fuel consumption while lowering emissions under continuous heavy-duty workloads.
Designed for extreme jobsite flexibility, the TCE380 supports a wide range of heavy attachments including orange peel grapples, hydraulic shears, rock buckets, and breakers. This makes it highly effective for steel plants, scrap recycling operations, mining environments, and other high-intensity material handling applications.
Key structural components are manufactured using integrated casting and high-strength manganese alloy steel plates, optimized through stress analysis. This reinforced design significantly improves durability under continuous impact and demolition conditions, ensuring stable performance in the harshest mining and breaking operations.
Equipped with a full hydraulic system featuring flow-sharing multi-way valves and electro-hydraulic load-sensing control, the TCE380 delivers smooth multi-function coordination and superior responsiveness. This system ensures stable performance even in high-temperature and high-load environments, improving operator control and working efficiency.
The TCE380 can be equipped with an automatic progressive centralized lubrication system, providing precise and continuous lubrication across key components. This reduces wear in long-hour mining operations, lowers maintenance frequency, and significantly extends overall machine lifespan while reducing operating costs.
The TCE380 is equipped with a reliable XCMG hydraulic pump and control valve as standard, delivering stable flow distribution and dependable performance for heavy-duty excavation. For customers requiring higher hydraulic precision and responsiveness, an optional upgrade to KPM (Kawasaki) pump and valve system is available, further enhancing control accuracy, system efficiency, and overall digging performance in demanding mining and construction environments.
