The TCE480EV is a 48-ton electric mining excavator with a 200 kW electric motor, providing the machine capacity required for demanding excavation and material-handling operations. Its large machine platform is designed to support continuous work on demanding job sites.

Dual Bucket Options for Different Materials

The machine can be configured with either a 2.8 m³ soil bucket or a 2.3 m³ rock bucket, allowing the working attachment to match the material being excavated. This gives contractors greater flexibility when moving between general earthmoving and rock-oriented applications without changing the base machine.

Kawasaki KPM Hydraulic System for Coordinated Control

The TCE480EV uses Japanese Kawasaki KPM main pumps and main valve, together with a Kawasaki KPM swing motor. The matched hydraulic components support coordinated digging, swinging and attachment movements, giving the operator predictable control of the machine.

Variable-Frequency Drive for Efficient Power Use

The electrical system uses a variable-frequency drive to adjust motor operation according to electrical conditions and power demand. Variable-speed operation helps reduce unnecessary power consumption while maintaining efficient electric drive performance.

Independent Motor Cooling for Easier Service

The 200 kW main electric motor uses imported bearings and an independent axial-flow fan. This cooling arrangement supports reliable motor operation while keeping the motor structure practical for inspection and routine servicing.

Central Collector for Organized Tethered Power

The central collector serves as the transfer point between the upper and lower electrical circuits. It helps organize the external power connection and reduces the risk of cable short circuits and entanglement during tethered operation.

Extended Working Range for Deep and High-Level Excavation

The TCE480EV-Tethered offers a 10,880 mm maximum digging height, 7,605 mm dumping height and 7,758 mm digging depth. Combined with its 48-ton platform, this working range supports demanding excavation and high-volume material-handling operations.

What payment terms do you accept?

We support T/T, L/C, and O/A. Usually, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

I am a first-time importer and don’t know the import process. What should I do?

We provide full guidance for the import process, from documentation to customs clearance, to ensure a smooth transaction.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, it takes 15–30 days to ship after receiving your deposit. Standard products in stock can be shipped immediately, while customized products may require longer, depending on your order requirements.

What about warranty?

Generally, we offer a 12-month or 2,000 working hours warranty, whichever comes first. Some products may have longer or shorter warranty periods, so please confirm with our sales team before placing your order.

Do you supply spare parts?

Customers can purchase consumable parts together with the machine. For any future replacement, we provide genuine parts at cost price. Parts will be shipped via international express, usually arriving within 7–10 days.

Do you have international certifications?
