360° Slewing And 60° Side Swing For Confined Sites

The TCE18 can rotate through 360°, while the boom can swing 60° sideways to improve working flexibility around buildings, walls and other obstacles. This configuration allows the machine to reposition the digging area without constantly moving the entire machine.

Enlarged Cooling System For Longer Working Cycles

An enlarged radiator and fan help keep oil and coolant temperatures under control during demanding operations. The improved cooling capacity is especially valuable for high-load applications such as hydraulic breaker work, supporting longer operating periods and more consistent performance.

Centralized Maintenance Design Saves Service Time

What payment terms do you accept?

We support T/T, L/C, and O/A. Usually, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

I am a first-time importer and don’t know the import process. What should I do?

We provide full guidance for the import process, from documentation to customs clearance, to ensure a smooth transaction.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, it takes 15–30 days to ship after receiving your deposit. Standard products in stock can be shipped immediately, while customized products may require longer, depending on your order requirements.

What about warranty?

Generally, we offer a 12-month or 2,000 working hours warranty, whichever comes first. Some products may have longer or shorter warranty periods, so please confirm with our sales team before placing your order.

Do you supply spare parts?

Customers can purchase consumable parts together with the machine. For any future replacement, we provide genuine parts at cost price. Parts will be shipped via international express, usually arriving within 7–10 days.

Do you have international certifications?
