A Kawasaki positive-flow hydraulic system, 280 cc large-displacement dual pumps and a 100-ton-class large-passage main valve provide high hydraulic flow with reduced pressure loss. The system delivers fast response and coordinated movements, while the high-torque swing motor supports rapid and powerful swing performance during continuous excavation and loading cycles.

The TCE1000 uses heavy-duty reinforced structural components optimized through finite element analysis, with a claimed 50% increase in load-bearing capacity compared with same-class machines. The standard 6.5 m³ rock bucket uses double-layer high-strength wear-resistant plates, while 6.5–8 m³ buckets, rippers, hydraulic breakers and other attachments are available for different mining applications.

The independent dual cooling system separates engine-water and hydraulic-oil cooling, with fan speed automatically adjusted according to temperature. A one-button fan reversal function simplifies radiator cleaning and maintenance. Combined with a sealed power compartment, vibration reduction measures and optimized heat dissipation, the system is designed to support reliable operation in high-temperature and demanding mining environments.

The spacious pressurized cab helps isolate dust and reduce noise, while certified FOPS and FOG protection provides additional operator protection in severe mining conditions. A 10-inch touchscreen, one-button start, intelligent diagnostics and GPS monitoring simplify machine management. Four cameras provide 360° panoramic visibility, while LED boom lighting improves visibility during night operations.

The TCE1000 features a large maintenance space with a dedicated service passage, independent pump room and power compartment for easier inspection and servicing. A dual-element air cleaner simplifies filter maintenance, while remote GPS monitoring and diagnostics allow customers to track operating status, productivity and fuel consumption and support more efficient maintenance management.
