The TCP50-13-72R uses an advanced S-valve system with floating seal compensation, which automatically compensates for wear at the sealing interface. This helps maintain effective sealing as operating hours accumulate, supporting consistent concrete flow and reducing leakage-related interruptions during continuous pumping.
The wear plate and cutting ring use high-hardness wear-resistant alloy materials to withstand the abrasive nature of concrete. This helps slow component wear and maintain pumping performance over extended operating cycles, reducing the frequency of wear-part replacement.
The hydraulic oil cooling system uses an air-cooled heat dissipation design, eliminating the need for an external water source for hydraulic cooling. This makes the pumping system easier to deploy and particularly practical for remote sites where access to water is limited.
The integrated reverse pumping function allows the concrete flow to be reversed when necessary. This provides operators with a practical way to relieve pressure and help clear potential pipeline blockages, reducing unnecessary downtime during pumping operations.
A remote-control handle is provided with the electrical control box, allowing operators to control the pumping equipment from a more convenient position around the work area. This improves operational flexibility when monitoring concrete placement and managing the pumping process.
Powered by a 72 kW Weichai WP4.1D80E201 diesel engine, the TCP50-13-72R operates independently in outdoor and off-grid environments where external electrical power may not be readily available. As a cement pump, it is well suited to infrastructure projects such as roads, railways, bridges, tunnels, hydropower and mining.
