Powered by a dual-circuit CATL lithium battery system with 310.66kWh capacity, the ZT970EV provides a large energy reserve for high-capacity loading applications. The high-voltage battery platform supports stable operation for demanding construction, mining support, and industrial material handling tasks.
The ZT970EV adopts an advanced three-motor electric architecture, providing independent power distribution for travel and working functions. Compared with conventional two-motor systems, the three-motor configuration eliminates the need for a traditional gearbox and enables more direct power transmission through independent axle drive. This highly integrated electric drivetrain improves energy efficiency, response speed, and operational reliability during high-capacity loading applications.
The ZT970EV adopts a reinforced structural platform integrating a heavy-duty frame and upgraded drive axle system. The optimized chassis strength and enhanced load-bearing drivetrain improve stability, torque transmission, and durability during continuous high-capacity loading operations. This integrated design enables reliable performance in demanding applications such as bulk material handling, construction, and industrial yards.
With a 4.2–4.5m³ toothed bucket and 3.752m unloading height, the ZT970EV increases material volume per cycle, improving loading efficiency in quarry, mining support, bulk material yards, and large construction applications.
The dual-gun fast charging system improves charging efficiency for the high-capacity battery pack, reducing downtime between operating cycles and supporting continuous heavy-duty applications.
