Upgrade the Drive System When the Job Demands More

The standard configuration uses Ningbo Zhongyi travel motors, while imported Poclain travel motors are available as an option. A Yanmar engine is also available as an alternative to the standard Changchai ZN490. This gives buyers the ability to upgrade the engine or travel-drive configuration according to their local service network, operating requirements, and purchasing preference.

Easier Daily Maintenance Means Less Unplanned Downtime

For a machine working several hours a day, maintenance convenience matters as much as operating performance. The TR40-I is designed around routine inspection and servicing of its engine, hydraulic components, travel system, and vibration system, allowing operators to deal with oil checks, filter service, hydraulic inspection, and other regular maintenance without treating every service job as a major teardown.

Ride-On Operation for Longer Compaction Jobs

Unlike walk-behind rollers, the TR40-I puts the operator in a dedicated driving position. This matters when compaction continues for several hours: the operator controls travel, steering, and vibration from the seat instead of walking behind the machine and continuously handling its operating arm. It is a more practical layout for road sections that require repeated passes.

One Hydraulic System Handles Both Travel and Vibration

The TR40-I uses a full hydraulic configuration for dual-drum travel and vibration. A Danfoss high-pressure variable piston pump works with the hydraulic travel and vibration circuits, while continuously variable speed allows the operator to adjust machine movement to the compaction operation rather than relying on fixed mechanical gears.

Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

What payment terms do you accept?

We support T/T, L/C, and O/A. Usually, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

I am a first-time importer and don’t know the import process. What should I do?

We provide full guidance for the import process, from documentation to customs clearance, to ensure a smooth transaction.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, it takes 15–30 days to ship after receiving your deposit. Standard products in stock can be shipped immediately, while customized products may require longer, depending on your order requirements.

What about warranty?

Generally, we offer a 12-month or 2,000 working hours warranty, whichever comes first. Some products may have longer or shorter warranty periods, so please confirm with our sales team before placing your order.

Do you supply spare parts?

Customers can purchase consumable parts together with the machine. For any future replacement, we provide genuine parts at cost price. Parts will be shipped via international express, usually arriving within 7–10 days.

Do you have international certifications?
