Power and Gearing When You Need It
The TG180 combines a 140 kW Cummins 6BTA5.9 turbocharged diesel engine with a Hangchi electronically controlled power-shift transmission offering six forward and three reverse gears. The transmission gives the operator a wider choice of working and travel speeds, making it easier to match machine speed to the grading task and keep each work cycle under control.
Long Wheelbase, Stable and Predictable
With a 7,249 mm wheelbase, the TG180 provides a stable platform for blade work and helps maintain a predictable machine path during long grading passes. The extended chassis layout also supports a smoother steering response, giving the operator greater confidence when making fine directional corrections.
Precise and Predictable Blade Control
The TG180's hydraulic blade system is designed to give the operator direct control over blade positioning. Its hydraulic pin-pulling device simplifies blade adjustment, while the hydraulic working system supports consistent blade movements for road shaping, leveling and material distribution.
A More Comfortable Place to Grade
A standard air-conditioned cab creates a more comfortable operator environment for extended grading shifts. The cab layout works together with the TG180's smooth power-shift transmission and hydraulic steering to reduce the physical effort involved in controlling the machine throughout the working day.
