One Pass Combines Rolling and Pneumatic Tire Compaction

The TR40-II uses a 1,400 mm front steel drum and four 10.5/80-16 rear pneumatic tires in one machine. The front drum handles the primary rolling and hydraulic vibration, while the rear tire set follows the same working path. As a combination asphalt roller, the TR40-II brings steel-drum and pneumatic-tire compaction together in one machine.

Front Drum Vibration for Focused Compaction

Unlike a double-vibratory-drum configuration, the TR40-II concentrates hydraulic vibration on the front steel drum. The rear pneumatic tires remain non-vibrating, giving the machine a clear division between front-drum vibration and rear-tire rolling during operation.

Easy Access to Key Machine Functions

The TR40-II is arranged for straightforward access to its main operating and hydraulic functions. Travel, front-drum vibration, and water spraying can be controlled from the operator's station, keeping the main working functions within easy reach during daily compaction work.

Clear Working View from the Operator's Station

The front steel drum is positioned directly in the operator's working view, providing a clear view of the compaction area ahead. The simple control layout allows the operator to manage travel speed, front-drum vibration, and spraying while keeping attention on the working surface.

Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

What payment terms do you accept?

We support T/T, L/C, and O/A. Usually, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

I am a first-time importer and don’t know the import process. What should I do?

We provide full guidance for the import process, from documentation to customs clearance, to ensure a smooth transaction.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, it takes 15–30 days to ship after receiving your deposit. Standard products in stock can be shipped immediately, while customized products may require longer, depending on your order requirements.

What about warranty?

Generally, we offer a 12-month or 2,000 working hours warranty, whichever comes first. Some products may have longer or shorter warranty periods, so please confirm with our sales team before placing your order.

Do you supply spare parts?

Customers can purchase consumable parts together with the machine. For any future replacement, we provide genuine parts at cost price. Parts will be shipped via international express, usually arriving within 7–10 days.

Do you have international certifications?

Can the machine be customized?
