Combination Drum and Pneumatic Tires for Versatile Compaction

The TR30-II combines a 1200mm-wide, 710mm-diameter front steel drum with four 9.5/65-15 pneumatic tires at the rear. This configuration combines the concentrated compaction effect of a steel drum with the flexible contact characteristics of pneumatic tires, making the roller suitable for different stages of road and asphalt compaction.

Pneumatic Tire Support for Improved Surface Conformity

The four rear pneumatic tires provide a flexible contact area that follows minor surface variations during operation. This helps distribute rolling pressure across the finished surface and makes the TR30-II particularly suitable for asphalt and roadwork where surface conformity and finishing quality are important.

Front-Drum Hydraulic Vibration for Controlled Compaction

Hydraulic vibration is applied directly to the front steel drum, allowing the operator to engage the compaction force where it is most effective. The vibration system is controlled by a hydraulic solenoid valve, providing direct response during different working passes.

Hydraulic Self-Locking Parking for Secure Machine Holding

The hydraulic self-locking parking system helps keep the roller securely held when parked, providing additional safety when the machine is stopped on the jobsite. This feature is especially useful when the roller needs to be left temporarily between working passes or during operator changes.

Integrated Water and Oil Spraying for Asphalt Applications

The TR30-II comes standard with a plastic water tank and electronically controlled pressure atomizing spray system. Its integrated water and oil spraying functions help condition the drum and support asphalt compaction by reducing material adhesion and maintaining a cleaner working surface.

Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

What payment terms do you accept?

We support T/T, L/C, and O/A. Usually, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

We provide full guidance for the import process, from documentation to customs clearance, to ensure a smooth transaction.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, it takes 15–30 days to ship after receiving your deposit. Standard products in stock can be shipped immediately, while customized products may require longer, depending on your order requirements.

What about warranty?

Generally, we offer a 12-month or 2,000 working hours warranty, whichever comes first. Some products may have longer or shorter warranty periods, so please confirm with our sales team before placing your order.

Do you supply spare parts?

Customers can purchase consumable parts together with the machine. For any future replacement, we provide genuine parts at cost price. Parts will be shipped via international express, usually arriving within 7–10 days.

Do you have international certifications?
