Pneumatic Tire Kneading for Effective Asphalt Compaction

The TR30-III uses nine pneumatic tires to create a flexible kneading action during static rolling. Tire deformation generates vertical as well as lateral forces within the compacted layer, helping aggregate particles interlock and reducing surface voids. This makes the roller particularly effective for asphalt finishing and sealing applications.

Four-Front, Five-Rear Tire Layout for Consistent Coverage

The TR30-III features four front tires with a 1160mm working width and five rear tires covering 1380mm. The staggered multi-tire arrangement provides broad surface coverage and helps distribute rolling pressure across the pavement, supporting uniform results over each pass.

Static Rolling Without Vibration for Controlled Surface Finishing

Designed as a non-vibratory roller, the TR30-III compacts through static tire pressure rather than dynamic vibration. This makes it suitable for applications where controlled surface treatment is required, including asphalt finishing, sealing, and compaction work where excessive vibration is undesirable.

Hydraulic Steering for Easier Directional Control

The hydraulic steering system provides smooth directional changes with reduced steering effort. This allows the operator to make frequent corrections more comfortably when following curves, working along pavement edges, or maneuvering through relatively confined construction areas.

What payment terms do you accept?

We support T/T, L/C, and O/A. Usually, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, it takes 15–30 days to ship after receiving your deposit. Standard products in stock can be shipped immediately, while customized products may require longer, depending on your order requirements.

What about warranty?

Generally, we offer a 12-month or 2,000 working hours warranty, whichever comes first. Some products may have longer or shorter warranty periods, so please confirm with our sales team before placing your order.

Do you supply spare parts?

Customers can purchase consumable parts together with the machine. For any future replacement, we provide genuine parts at cost price. Parts will be shipped via international express, usually arriving within 7–10 days.
