The TR25 uses a reinforced, thickened wheel-rim design to withstand greater wear when compaction work is performed close to curbs, road edges, and other boundaries. This added protection helps preserve drum-edge durability in applications where edge-focused rolling is frequently required.

The full hydraulic dual-drive configuration delivers power directly to both steel drums, helping the TR25 maintain traction when traveling across changing ground conditions. Combined with continuously variable speed control, the system allows operators to fine-tune travel speed according to the compaction task instead of being restricted to fixed mechanical gear ratios.

A large-capacity rotomolded water tank provides enhanced resistance to rust and corrosion for long-term outdoor use. The electronically controlled pressure atomizing system distributes water more evenly across the drum surface, supporting asphalt compaction while helping reduce material adhesion during continuous rolling operations.

The front drum uses a hydraulic vibration system controlled through a dedicated solenoid valve, allowing vibration to be managed independently during operation. This configuration gives the operator more direct control over the compaction process and supports consistent vibration performance when working across different surface conditions.
