Powered by a Huichuan electric drive system with a 65kW travel motor and 30kW hydraulic motor, the ZT916EV adopts an independent dual-motor architecture to optimize energy distribution between travel and working functions. The drive motor delivers direct power response without a traditional gearbox, enabling stepless speed adjustment and smoother operation, while the demand-controlled hydraulic motor reduces unnecessary energy consumption for improved overall efficiency.
Equipped with a 345.6V 175Ah lithium battery pack from Yijiatong, the ZT916EV integrates a battery management system (BMS) to monitor key battery conditions and improve operational safety. The high-protection electrical connectors, clearly marked high-voltage wiring, and accessible battery compartment design simplify inspection and maintenance while supporting reliable operation in demanding working environments.
The ZT916EV features an energy recovery braking system that converts braking energy into usable electrical power during deceleration. By reducing reliance on mechanical braking components, the system helps extend component service life while improving energy utilization. The integrated hydraulic braking and energy storage braking systems provide additional safety protection during operation.
The articulated steering system provides a smaller turning radius and improved maneuverability in confined areas. Combined with a rear oscillating axle, the ZT916EV maintains better ground contact and ride comfort when traveling across uneven surfaces, making it suitable for farms, landscaping, warehouses, and compact construction sites.
The spacious cab features a suspension seat, wide windows, panoramic visibility, and a rear-view camera to improve operator awareness around the machine. The fully electric drive system simplifies operation by eliminating traditional gear shifting, allowing operators to quickly adapt and complete loading tasks with reduced effort.
The strengthened frame and working device provide reliable support for different operating conditions. The ZT916EV supports multiple charging configurations with adaptable charging connectors and automatic power adjustment based on plug type and voltage conditions.
