10 Ton Single Drum Roller for Large-Scale Compaction

The TR100 is a single drum roller equipped with a 2,100 mm wide and 1,400 mm diameter steel drum. The wide drum provides broad compaction coverage in each pass, while its large static linear load and strong centrifugal force make the roller well suited to large-scale compaction work on highways, mines, dams, airports, ports and industrial areas.

The Cummins 6BT5.9 diesel engine delivers 97 kW of power and provides the output reserve needed for demanding compaction applications. The established engine design also makes routine operation and maintenance more straightforward for contractors familiar with Cummins equipment.

The front steel drum uses hydraulic vibration with two amplitude settings, allowing the compaction effect to be adjusted for different materials and working requirements. The vibration system is designed for high reliability while keeping maintenance relatively simple and cost-effective.

The TR100 is equipped with separate hand-brake and foot-pedal braking systems. Having two braking methods provides additional control when stopping and parking the roller during construction operations.

The spacious operator's cab is mounted on rubber damping elements to help reduce vibration transmitted to the operator's station. Combined with UV-resistant glass and rollover-protection structure, it provides a more comfortable enclosed working environment.

A padfoot configuration is available as an option, allowing the TR100 to be adapted for applications where a conventional smooth drum is not the preferred drum configuration. This expands the machine's application range for different soil compaction requirements.
