Anchor Rig for High-Slope Rock Anchoring

The hydraulic power head delivers high output torque and strong drilling capability. Its rotational speed can be adjusted through shift control and continuously variable speed, while real-time speed monitoring allows operators to select suitable drilling parameters for different geological conditions and construction requirements.

The 90-degree deflection mechanism allows the drilling boom to rotate sideways for drilling from the side of the machine. This gives the anchor drill rig greater flexibility on narrow or irregular working platforms where conventional drilling layouts may be restricted.

The telescopic boom uses a dual-support structure made from high-strength steel and provides a maximum lifting height of 18 m. Hydraulic extension delivers fast and stable boom movement, helping the machine reach elevated drilling positions for high-slope anchoring work.

The drilling boom can be positioned at multiple angles for both vertical ground drilling and slope drilling. This flexibility allows the anchor drilling rig to adapt to different anchoring layouts and changing terrain conditions without being limited to a single drilling direction.

Hydraulic drive is used for both drilling feed and auxiliary movements, providing a wide adjustment range for different hole diameters and depths. The system also supports smooth hole starting and strong resistance to drill jamming, helping maintain drilling progress in complex formations.

The hydraulic clamping system allows drill rods to be changed quickly, reducing interruptions during continuous drilling. The ZR308A supports drilling depths from 0 to 20 m, with a maximum single-hole depth of 10.8 m, providing flexibility for different anchoring requirements.

The high-pressure screw air compressor provides strong airflow for efficient removal of drilling cuttings. Water is introduced through the center of the drill rod to assist with dust suppression, helping improve the working environment while supporting faster and cleaner drilling.

The ZR308A uses a mining-type crawler undercarriage with 216-size tracks and a heavy-duty travel system. The crawler configuration provides stable support and reliable mobility when moving between drilling positions on uneven or demanding construction terrain.

A hydraulic brake is integrated into the central slewing mechanism to help prevent unwanted boom movement during drilling. By keeping the drilling position more stable, the system helps improve hole positioning and drilling consistency, particularly during slope operations.
